0–360 Audit

Degrees of coverage, not days of consulting. You choose how much of the picture you need; every tier ends in the same thing — a prioritized action plan.

The numbers are degrees, not days

The tiers are named like a compass: each one covers a wider arc of your technology organization. The 45 takes one week. The wider tiers take longer because they cover more ground — the number never refers to days, and none of them is a long engagement.

The tiers

TierCoverageDuration
45Rapid review — architecture and codebase health, the most expensive risks namedone week
90Everything in the 45, plus delivery process and infrastructure spendscoped on the call
180Everything in the 90, plus security posture, data architecture, and AI readinessscoped on the call
360Everything in the 180, plus team structure and organization — the full arcscoped on the call

Wider tiers are quoted precisely once we know your estate’s size — a 90 on a five-person platform is not a 90 on a two-hundred-engineer one. The quote is fixed before we start.

How to choose

  • You need a fast, honest read before a decision — the 45. One week, the major risks ranked, no ceremony.
  • The bill and the roadmap both feel wrong — the 90. It adds how you deliver and what you spend, because those two usually explain each other.
  • The board is asking about security, data, or AI — the 180. It exists so those questions get engineering answers instead of slideware.
  • You suspect the problem is not the technology but the organization around it — the 360. The full sweep, including the people and structures that produce the systems.

If you tell us the symptom on the scoping call, we will tell you the smallest tier that answers it. Selling you the 360 when the 45 would do is exactly the kind of behaviour the rest of this site tells you we don’t engage in.

What happens in every tier

We read code and architecture directly — not just interview decks. We look at the delivery pipeline as it actually runs. We put findings in business terms: what each risk costs, what fixing it takes, and what happens if you do nothing. And we rank everything, because a list of forty equally-urgent findings is a way of hiding, not helping.

Something feels wrong but you can’t see where?

Describe the symptoms in a 30-minute call and we will tell you which tier answers your question — including when the answer is the smaller, cheaper one.
