Vendor & Outsourcing Advisory

Twenty-one years inside the outsourcing industry. We know how the vendor thinks, sells, and margins — because we sat on that side of the table.

Selection

We write the requirements so they can be quoted honestly, shortlist vendors on delivery capability rather than sales capability, and design the evaluation so the demo team you meet resembles the delivery team you get. The most expensive vendor mistake is made before the contract: choosing from the wrong list.

Negotiation

Rate cards, ramp-up clauses, key-person commitments, IP, exit terms. We know which numbers have room, which clauses vendors insert to be traded away, and which quiet paragraph will cost you at renewal. You stay in the room; we make sure you know what everything on the table actually costs.

Delivery audit

Outsourced delivery drifts politely: green reports, growing backlog. We audit the actual output — code, velocity, architecture adherence — against the contract, and give you the findings in a form you can act on: fix the engagement, renegotiate it, or leave it.

The rule that makes this credible

We never audit a vendor we work with. If a delivery partner of ours is in your process, we decline the audit and tell you why. The full conflict-of-interest policy is public. Advice about vendors is worthless if the adviser has a stake in the answer.
