POC
Validated in 4–6 weeks. A POC is the answer to a business question — not a product, and never a prototype that quietly ships.
The discipline
Every POC starts by writing down the question it must answer: can this integration hold production volume; will this model clear the accuracy bar on our data; does this architecture meet the latency budget? If the question can’t be written down, the POC isn’t ready to be built — that conversation is free, and we have it with you on the scoping call.
What you get in 4–6 weeks
A senior architect-led build of the thinnest thing that answers the question honestly: realistic data, production-shaped constraints, measured results. Architecture-first even here — because a POC that cheats (mock data, toy scale) produces the most expensive kind of answer: a false yes.
The honest ending
Three verdicts are possible: yes, no, or yes-with-costs. All three are deliverables. A POC that says “no” for six weeks’ spend has just saved you the eighteen-month version of the same “no”. And if the answer is yes, the proof is built to be promoted — the next step is an MVP, not a rewrite.
