The method
Two weeks, fixed scope. We interview across levels, not just leadership. We read the delivery data — cycle times, incident history, review patterns — because teams describe themselves aspirationally and ship factually. We map knowledge concentration: who is a single point of failure, what walks out the door if they do. And we test the plan against the structure that has to deliver it.
What it is not
Not a culture survey, not a performance review, and not a hit list. Names appear in the report only as structural facts (key-person risk), never as verdicts on individuals. The unit of assessment is the organization.
